The ultimate goal of the Leadership Institute is to create networks and support
systems for small school district leaders so they can gain the skill set and
the confidence needed to lead their districts effectively.
- Each session is designed to provide multiple levels of support!
- You will be assigned a mentor to support your leadership journey!
- Grow your network with other small district leaders!
- Attend monthly 90-minute virtual learning sessions. In addition to the time scheduled with your mentors.
- Two in-person events will occur in conjunction with the SSDA conferences in July and March.
